Terms and Conditions

By booking one of my events you are registering your acceptance of Sarah's Singles Events Terms and Conditions. You represent and warrant that you have the right, authority and capacity to enter into this agreement and to abide by all the terms and conditions.

Sarah's Singles Events aims to give single people the opportunity to meet one another in a safe and relaxed environment. However we do not operate as traditional matchmakers and do not verify the personal details of the participants. It is up to you to verify personal information to your own satisfaction and we recommend that you do so.

Please approach any contact with participants with the same caution you would undertake when meeting people you do not know.

By registering with Sarah's Singles Events you agree that neither Sarah's Singles Events nor its associates is liable for any damages direct or indirect, that may arise from partaking in any of Sarah's Singles Events. This includes any damages without limitation arising out of communication with other participants registered with Sarah's Singles Events. Such damages include, without limitation, physical damages, bodily injury, and or emotional stress or discomfort.

Sarah's Singles Events are held at Venues over which Sarah's Singles Events and its associates have no control. Therefore in the event that you are injured or suffer damages of any kind at a Sarah's Singles Event you agree to release Sarah's Singles Events and its associates from any liability with respect there of.

As a registered participant of Sarah's Singles Events you understand that Sarah's Singles Events offer the opportunity for meeting new people but does not guarantee that any participant will successfully match with another participant. Nor does it guarantee that any successful match between two participants at one of our events will be successful.

By registering with Sarah's Singles Events you provide your assurance that you are 18 years or older, and that you are single.

Sarah's Singles Events respects and understands the importance of your privacy and will never sell, share or otherwise transfer your personal information with any third party. All details are kept securely on Sarah's Singles Events database.

When registering with Sarah's Singles Events you will be required to provide your email address or other personal information. This information is used for (a) adding you to the mailing list/database and or (b) registering you for an event.

When your information is collected it will only be used to advise you of a forthcoming Sarah's Singles Event and for correspondence in relation to an event you have already booked. If you register with Sarah's Singles Events you will be added to the email mailing list.
